Terms of Use

These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern the use of the https://studio.webn.fr website, the customer area and the WebnR application, published by [societe_nom — to fill in Admin › Settings]. They are accepted when the account is created. The paid subscription is additionally governed by the terms of sale.

1. Account

The account is personal. It is reserved for adults; a minor may only use it with the consent of their parents, who take out the subscription on their behalf.

The user provides a valid e-mail address and confirms it. They may also sign in with their Google account.

2. Security

The user keeps their password and backup codes confidential. Two-factor authentication may be made mandatory. Any access using their credentials is deemed to have been made by them. If in doubt, they change their password and use "Sign out everywhere" in their customer area.

The same account is used to sign in to the website and to the application. The application is linked to only one computer at a time; each new computer sign-in is notified by e-mail.

3. Prohibited uses

In particular, it is prohibited:

  • to share one's account or licence;
  • to attempt to circumvent the licence check, to access the website's systems without authorisation or to disrupt their operation;
  • to use WebnR to produce content that is unlawful or contrary to the terms of Roblox, Anthropic or OpenAI;
  • to create multiple accounts in order to benefit from the free trial more than once.

In the event of a breach, the account may be suspended or deleted, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Sale.

4. Your creations

Games, scripts, models, images and other content created with WebnR belong to the user, subject to the rights of third parties and the terms of the AI services and of Roblox. They remain on the user's computer: the seller has no access to them.

5. Intellectual property

The website, the WebnR application, their code, texts, kits and graphic elements are protected and remain the property of [societe_nom — to fill in Admin › Settings] or its partners. The Roblox, Claude, ChatGPT and Codex trademarks belong to their respective owners; WebnR is not affiliated with any of them.

6. Availability

The website and the licence server are accessible continuously, except for interruptions for maintenance, updates or in cases of force majeure. The application only works with a connection to the licence server.

7. Account deletion

The user may delete their account at any time from "My data". The subscription is then terminated immediately and the licence deleted.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use

The Terms of Use may change. Significant changes are notified by e-mail or in the customer area.
